Sometimes when you select/unselect something on my S4, by default a popup will display some message and then there will be a bank check box for yous to tick [Do not show again]. If I have ticked the [Do not bear witness again], how tin I bring back all the popup again?

Which app are you lot referring to? You could go to the App Director, select the app, and tap Articulate Defaults. If that doesn't help, so try Clear Data, although depending on the app, that may too clear out other of import data or settings.

What if it is not an app? For example when you turn off [Mobile Data] push from the notification menu, it will display a popup, "Y'all will no longer be able to use applications such as cyberspace..... Do not show again. bank check box"

That just means it won't show you the warning over again. You can yet turn on mobile data past tapping the toggle.

That but ways information technology won't prove y'all the alert again. You can nonetheless plough on mobile information by tapping the toggle.

    I empathise the significant.

What i wanted to ask is for example when y'all plow off [Mobile Data] button from the notification menu, it will display a popup, "You will no longer exist able to use applications such equally cyberspace..... Do not testify again. check box [Cancel] [Ok]". I ticked the box and pressed ok so it no longer popup anymore.
Other buttons like [Location], [Handsfree mode] when you printing it information technology will also have a popup message Practise not show again check box.

How can I let the popup bulletin appear over again?

The "evidence popup/don't show popup" flag is in a database, so you'll need a SQLite app and you'll take to know which database to look in, or search until you observe 1 that looks right. And so update that record to change the False to True or the 0 to 1 or whatever the particular flag uses for an on-off indicator.

It might. Anyone have a phone they don't need the current settings on? (I guess I could back up my current ROM, try it and, if it messed anything up, restore the backup. I'thousand guessing the piece of work in resetting all the other checkboxes, permissions, etc., would make information technology an impractical solution - it resets preferences for ALL apps or none.)

I don't know if this would spiral anything up, simply I wonder if it work to go to Settings>Apps>All, select Settings, and Clear Data there.

I did not try it, if it really reset to default for all apps, it volition exist troublesome to configure back the settings of those apps that I did non desire to bear on.

Home folio press carte du jour key>settings>awarding manager>I see tabs [downloaded], [sd carte du jour], [running], [all], [disabled], if lets say I select downloaded and press the menu central>reset app preferences, does the reset app preferences take upshot on all the tabs or only the [downloaded] tab?

settings>application director>Menu button>Sort past size, when pressed will accept event for all tabs.

Information technology should just be all downloaded apps, or the particular app y'all choose. As mentioned higher up, you can reset all preferences and you lot'll be given those prompts again. Otherwise, you'll take to find the ones y'all want individually and clear information for that app or service.

Hullo! Saw this thread recently while having the aforementioned problem. I don't know if it was ever solved but I got a solution from Sony support- goto settings- apps- all apps- phone(I had multiple phones). Under phone, select clear data. I had to restart my Xperia Z afterward to see the changes merely that'southward what did information technology for me. Promise it helps someone else.
